Job description / Role
We are a Dubai-based events service provider company and as part of our growing success, we are recruiting a Business Development to fetch new projects and clients and keep up to date with the existing clients.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales & Business Development who can bring projects and be responsible for the growth of the business.
• Generate the leads for Project
• Capable of Handle International Clients as well as Local Client’s meeting
• Should be capable to follow up on generated leads and Work Aggressive in each project in case of any query
• Meeting with potential and existing clients to increase opportunities to increase market share and revenue within government and corporate organizations
• Project selection, Requirement Sharing, and Client Requirement Understanding are the key areas that we required.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Extensive involvement in identification and segmentation of prospecting, industry-specific, practice-specific analysis, and effective lead generation
• Aggressive participation across end-to-end Inside Sales Cycle

• Bachelor’s Degree is a must – a higher degree is a plus
• Proven background in sales
• 3 years of experience the least business development / sales and client servicing experience gained in the UAE.
• Ability to develop effective presentations and proposals and be able to deliver decision-makers
