Job description / Role
Our client is an investment and hospitality company, operating across the Eastern Caribbean. They are looking for a Sales Development Executive who will help to drive the company sales by sourcing new clients and selling the product. Flow of all our Citizenship by Investment Real Estate applications and ensure sales are within Company standards and common CBI practices.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Negotiating with clients to secure smooth processing
- Equipping with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 17,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Extensive sales experience for 1-3 years in finance, banking, investment or any other related field
- Excellent written and verbal Russian & English communication
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
