Position Title: Sales and Customer Happiness Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading music and dance institute in the UAE

Job Role:
• Managing multiple branches and leading the Front Desk team
• Ensuring that the Front Desk team is well-versed with current school policies, promotions to promote and upsell all products to meet the sales target and KPI
• Ensuring quality product knowledge is provided to the Customer
• Overseeing the customer happiness portfolio along with sales, recruitment, performance management, facility management and general administration
• Complying with all processes and procedures in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations
• Conducting un-planned branch visits to complete the branch inspections
• Guarantee all tasks are completed within the deadline
• Actively participate in all internal or external training courses, workshops and meetings as required

Requirements

Requirements:
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management would be preferred
• Minimum 5 years of similar work experience; 2 years in supervisory level in retail, consumer goods or FMCG industry
• At least 2 years of experience in team and people management along with sales and operations
• Certification in Customer service would be an advantage
• Must have a valid UAE Driving License
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
