Sales and Leasing Manager up to 10k Aed for a Real Estate Company in Dubai
• POSITION: Sales and Leasing Manager
• SALARY: up to 10,000 AED fixed salary depending on qualifications and experience plus commission
• HIRING COMPANY: Real Estate Company
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month-max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure through continual training and counseling so that the team provides the highest caliber of service to the potential customers
• Ensure that all brokers are properly trained and motivated to achieve the company’s revenue targets.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with the customer to facilitate business and address any customer complain
• Review the collections situation to ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays
Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales and Leasing Manager in a brokerage firm
• Experienced in managing and building a team
• Extensive knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market
• Knowledgeable in social media marketing and portals
• Holder of a valid RERA certificate
• A team player with good communication skills
• Must have a valid UAE driver’s license and own car
• Has own client database
