Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, following up on proposals, converting leads, and marketing our company on social media platforms.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals to prospective clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up on submitted proposals to answer questions and close deals.
- Identify and convert leads into sales opportunities through proactive engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies for marketing the company on various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and update company profiles and pages on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business marketing purposes.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and tools for social media management.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
