Sales and Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

This is a great opportunity for Experienced, motivated and Target Driven Media and Outdoor advertising sale Manager to excel in a fast paced environment and add value to our company and brand.

This role entails working closely with the team and reporting to the CEO of the company to enhance exposure and profits by promoting and selling outdoor advertising space.

Job propose:
- To Manage a team of sales professional and generate maximum revenue from selling innovative promotional multi-Chanel solution to Advertising & PR agency’s or Brands directly.
- To attend press events/Launches, where appropriate as a representative of the company.

Requirements

- Outdoor advertising Market Knowledge.
- Negotiation, presentation and reporting skills.
- Leadership skills
- Decision Making
- Business Development skills
- Research and analytical skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication (in English,other languages will be a Plus)
- Ability to work as part of a team as managing a team.
- Account Management skills.
- Organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, PowerPoint and excel
- 5 years experience working in a media and advertising sale and marketing management role Preferred in UAE/GCC countries.
- Valid Driving License.
