Job description / Role
Purpose: Supports sales person by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information; resolving problems.
Main responsibilities:
- Making documents as per sales requires based on the existing database.
- Maintains promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data.
- Contact with customers by phone calls, emails and fax; clarifying customer requests and inform customers appropriate information on products, pricing, shipment and production.
- Collecting feedback from the customers.
- Occasional market visiting and prepare report.
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Number required: 2
Duration: Permanent Position: 2 years contract
Probation: Three months
Working Hours: Sun-Thur: 9am-6pm
Travel requirements: occasional travel to countries where our customers stay
Other Benefits: negotiable in person
Requirements
- Candidates are expected to have Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing
- 0-1 year experience in sales. Fresh graduates are preferred.
Gender Preference: Male
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Should have flexible and adaptable personality. Good communication and presentation skills. Commitment in completing tasks and have a problem solving attitude. Expert in using office software (MicroSoft Office, WPS etc.).
Language Fluency:
- Have to be bilingual. Fluent in English. Also been able to speak Arabic or French or Mandarin.
