Sales Associate, 3000AED - Dubai

Key job duties will include:
- Store cleaning
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Merchandising and replenishing stock
- Greeting customers and understanding their needs and start to build customer relationships
- Explaining the Build-A-Bear process to the new customers
- Creating sales opportunities by cross selling and up selling
- Informing customers about special parties and promotions
- Contacting schools to book school field trips
- Lead parties in the store – creating the games, the activities and able to keep everyone entertained
- Handling the cash and processing the sales transactions
- Dance and sing when there is the need

Requirements

We are looking for young, dynamic, very confident individuals with at least 1 year of retail experience having worked in a shop. You must have excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written.

You must be able to follow clear instructions from the store manager and complete tasks in a timely manner. All candidates must have a clean and fresh personal grooming, great smiles and amazing singing voices.

You will be expected to do a wide range of tasks from receiving deliveries to displaying stock, taking part in role play training sessions, actively selling to customers and general store upkeep such as cleaning and tidying.

This is an immediate role and candidates on a valid visit visa will be considered. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not a must. All candidates will be required to perform a song and dance in the interview.
