Sales Associate - UAE National (Salary + Commission)

Job description / Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate who is a UAE National to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell real estate properties to potential clients
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients
- Participate in promotional activities and events to market properties

Salary:
AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Pension, Medical Insurance, Labor card

Requirements

- UAE National with a strong understanding of the local real estate market
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
