Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Arranging advertising to promote our property
- Sending out details of new properties in the market to people on your database
- Coordinate appointments and show properties to prospective buyers.
- Provide notice in case of non renewals and ensure timely renewal requirements after confirming the price
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Prepare documents such as tenancy contracts, purchase agreements, deeds and leases.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers/PPI, generally representing one or the other.
- Add in new properties to the company's inventory and manage their visibility on the website.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
- Arrange for checklist to determine whether new clients have clear property titles for you to sell their property.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and renewals.
- Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
- Advise on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature etc in order to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets in UAE
- Contact property owners and advertise services in order to solicit property sales listings.
- Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
- Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties ad properties for sale.
- Rent or lease properties on behalf of the company.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently
- Minimum of 2 -3 years experience in real estate in UAE.
- Ready to work on commission only and as free lancer.
