To support our continued growth, we are looking for experienced and highly driven B2B sales professionals to join our multi-cultural team. The position will be based in our headquarters in Dubai Media City.
The role is outbound in nature and involves:

Initiating contact with target companies across the Middle East through cold-calling and email
Attending meetings with decision-makers across the UAE and occasionally in other countries in the region
Understanding client’s long-term staffing needs and compiling custom solution proposals from GulfTalent’s suite of recruiting products
Sending proposals to clients, persuasively communicating their suitability and negotiating with prospects on terms and pricing
Developing strong relationships with key members of the prospect organization
Persistently following up on leads, including liaising with multiple stakeholders in HR, Finance,
Procurement and Top Management to close the sale

Outbound sales consultants will be expected to meet monthly meeting and calling KPI's as well as revenue targets.

On average, consultants can expect total on-target earnings of AED 25-30k per month (consisting of a basic salary of AED 10k and commission of AED 15-20k per month). There is no cap on commission and it is possible to earn significantly higher amounts. The successful candidate will enjoy company-provided health insurance, free snacks and drinks at work, as well as access to table tennis and foosball for relaxation during breaks.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:

Significant experience of selling B2B solutions and services, involving multiple stakeholders at the client
Experience and expertise in cold calling, selling face-to-face as well as over the phone
A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles
Experience of working in multi-cultural teams and dealing with a wide range of clients from different backgrounds
Evidence of stability in previous roles, staying at least 2 years or more with each employer
Drive and persistence, and willingness to work hard to achieve personal and professional goals

Previous background in recruitment consulting, sales of online SaaS solutions, or online advertising will be an added advantage. Arabic fluency is also advantageous, though not essential.
