London International Studies and Research Center, is UK based, Dubai operated Online Education provider, offering several courses. We are committed to provide high value education with top of the range content, at an affordable price, for each segment of our professional clientele.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Consultant with a fresh outlook to join our company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all performance standards are achieved, in line with company policies and procedures.
• Delivering the right levels of service skills via following the sales process by selling courses over phone and email.
• Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers.
• Demonstrate superb organizational and follow-up abilities; maintain product knowledge around the educational industry, and factors influencing the market environment.
• Attaining monthly B2C & B2B targets in the education segment
• Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and values in order to provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process
• Maintain territorial market and competitor awareness, developing and presenting ideas for new opportunities.
• Establish and Maintain effective contact with the potential and existing customer base through direct marketing and cold calling.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Client Engagement
• Building rapport and achieve customer satisfaction to close sales.
• Negotiate prices and terms and ensure high sales conversion.
• Feedback collection post classes for advertising on various brand media and enhancement of the product.

Salary:
AED 4000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: commissions based on sales targets achieved on monthly basis

Requirements

• Prior knowledge of B2B and B2C Sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sales Strategy oriented
• Target driven attitude
• CRM knowledge, preferable
• Prior experience in a similar sales environment is a definite plus
• Competent in objection handling
