Job description / Role

• Preparation of Required Documents for Property Transfer.
• Coordination of Property Transfer with Dubai Land Department Trustee Office.
• Reservation of Appointment in Dubai Land Department Trustee Office.
• Coordinating with Mortgage Provider to provide all required documents/information for the property, buyer, and seller (If Applicable).
• Ensuring compliance with Developer requirements to obtain NOC.
• Obtaining the Developer NOC for sale of the property.
• Obtaining the copy of cheques to ensure all details are accurate.
• Collection, Possession, and Trustee Services of Security Cheques.
• Calculation of Service Charge/Community Fee from Owners Association.
• Management of Service Charge/Community Fee Clearance from Owners Association.
• Collection of New Service Charge/Community Fee for Owners Association.
• Coordination with Bank for Liability Letter for Mortgage.
• Coordination and Certification of Power of Attorney (If Applicable).
• Property Transfer Support in Dubai Land Department Trustee Office.
• Post-Handover Customer Service Support.
• Communication with relevant parties to conduct handover appointment.
• Document Management and Administration Services.
• Ensure all property snagging documentation is correctly compiled and communicated.
• Collection and Handover of Keys, Access Cards, Parking Remotes, etc.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Conveyancer in the Dubai real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of property conveyancing processes, legal documentation, and real estate transactions in Dubai.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review and analyze complex legal documents.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and client representation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• With UAE Driver's License.
