Sales Coordinator

Job description / Role

Floorworld LLC are actively looking for a Sales Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The coordinator will be required to call and cold call customers from the companies existing contacts and customer as well as to generate new leads to increase sales. Reporting to the Sales Manager and GM of the company. To provide information to customers on the telephone for our wide range of flooring products, to provide them with quotations, after service and full customer support throughout their experience.

Preparing data for the Sales Manager for weekly and fortnightly sales meetings through KPI's and also taking minutes of meeting for each sales meeting and distributing to all sales staff and management.

Requirements

- At least 2 years experience of sales within the UAE
- Professional with Microsoft Excel and Office (Know formulas and how to generate spreadsheets)
- Telephone skills to manage all types of customers and be able to sell over the phone and close deals.
- Wood Retail & Furniture sales experience is an added bonus.
- Full training will be provided for product knowledge.

The job requires a self starting, motivated person with good initiative and able to think on there feet.

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience within the Sales & Marketing Field.

Offer:
- Salary: AED 4,000 (total package)
- Transport provided within Dubai area (2 pick up and drop off areas within Dubai to Jebel Ali)
- 30 days annual leave per year
- Annual Return Ticket to home country.
