Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Purpose: The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the sales team, ensuring efficient sales operations and effective communication with clients/customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain customer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
• Coordinate sales team schedules and appointments with clients
• Prepare and distribute sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide sales support to team members
• Track and report sales activity and performance
• Organize and attend sales meetings and training sessions
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports
• Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
