Employment: Full Time

My client is a leading Corporate Services Provider dedicated to providing an exceptional level of service. They are looking for a number of highly motivated Sales Lead Qualifiers/ coordinators to join their sales team in Dubai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for the sales team. This role plays a critical part in the sales process by ensuring that the sales representatives focus their efforts on the most promising opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize various sources to generate and qualify leads, including but not limited to inbound inquiries, database prospecting, and cold calling.
• Conduct initial outreach to prospects to determine their needs and qualify their interest and viability.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
• Continuously update and improve lead qualification and prospecting processes.
• Assist in the development of strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Native Arabic, Hindi or Russian speakers are preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and objectives
