Job description / Role
This role is with reputable real estate broker in Dubai. The job holder will be responsible for all administration / coordination work related to sales activities of the company.
Reporting to the sales director, the job holder needs to coordinate / administrate system from the time of sales transaction is started, followed by continuously update the system till the hand-over of the property is occurred. He /she needs to report all the changes as needed.
Requirements
- Should have at least five years of work experience in sales administration function within real estate industry.
- Bachelor degree holder is a must
- Proven track-record in administrative skills
- Possess excellent people & leadership skills
- Excellent computer and MIS skills
- Excellent Excel sheet user
- Excellent financial skill that related to collection / installments
- Excellent client-relation after-sales skill
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge about real estate regulations & standard practice.
- Excellent reporting skills
- Arabic is a must
