Job description / Role
A great opportunity has opened up for a Fluent Arabic Speaking Sales Coordinator within the FMCG sector. The company is expanding its reach and this is a fantastic time to be joining the team, covering GCC and African market.
Responsibilities
• Manage the service level to customers, ensuring opportunities are identified and any issued are resolved
• Generating comprehensive sales performance reports for the Customer in GCC/Levant and West Africa
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s sales and finance SOPs
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Manage the complete aspect of current operations for the sales team including Pricing, Commercials, Payment terms, Document management, logistics, and shipping
Salary:
SAR
10,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
• English and Arabic Speaking - writing and reading is a MUST
• Degree/Diploma
• Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role
• FMCG experience is highly desirable
