Job description / Role
- Respond to client enquiries and prepare quotations as per the guidelines of the Asst. Manager.
- Update services offered by carriers, Including sailing schedules, Tariff rate enquiries, or any other services as required.
- Corresponding with overseas agents for import Sea r freight enquiries
- Follow up with clients on their regular Import/Export shipments
- Communicating with client for co-ordination, and all requests towards business.
- Maintain A organized filing system for all documents relevant to handling of the client’s enquiries, quotations, and as per Management requirements.
- Proactively participate in the development of Sales, the CS department and company.
- Send enquiries to overseas agents & quote clients.
- Maintain Tariffs & Schedules with Local & Overseas Agents & Pre Alerts and Arrival Schedules & follow up as needed.
- Check on payments & sending statements to clients.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations staff
Requirements
- 2 Years experience in Sales Co-Ordination
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of internet functionalities and communication skills
