Sales Director - Middle East & Africa

- Develop a portfolio of clients and the key intermediaries for our clients financial services.
- Seeks and recognizes sales opportunities and positions our clients products and services in alignment with tax advisors’ solutions and client needs based on value added fees. Prepares client proposals and closes the sales in accordance with company’s policies and guidelines to assure business growth.
- Functions as a trusted point of contact for intermediaries and ensures our client delivers a consistent engagement model, across the key markets.
- Analyse and help client organizations work out a profitable solution for tax and compliance needs
- Analyse the tax impact and ensure that operations conform to fiscal laws and regulations at the International level mainly.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial services and products and be able to leverage relationships at senior levels in expanding the client base
- Develops a strategy and executes ambitious short and long term plans.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications etc.
- Meet or Exceed Sales Target set by the Group by proactively ensuring closure of prospects. Prepares client proposals and closes the sales in accordance with company’s policies and guidelines to assure business growth.
- Actively participate in generating revenue from fiduciary sales in a specific geographical territory based on assigned goals
- Represents the company at networking functions, seminars, and other industry-related events.

Requirements

- Education at University level (Accounting, law, economics, Masters in Business Administration) or equivalent, and/or extensive Sales / Business
- Development experience within the financial or legal services (international tax planning) area, covering client contacts and sales with international exposure
- At least 8-12 years of working experience in Sales
- Informed (up to date) on relevant legal issues, regulations, investments, tax and legal developments
- Able and willing to travel frequently for sales/business development
- Excellent English communication skills and preferred additional languages
- Willing to travel
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills (a team player);
- Capability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic business environment; Self-motivated action and results oriented.
