Our client is a well - established professional services company specialized in the fastest forms of obtaining a second citizenship by investment. The company is one of the leading firms within the industry and one of the very few in the world granted Government Licenses in several countries to promote their programs.

The company's role is to support their clients and families, obtaining a solution citizenship as a path to wealth preservation and free travel. Their team has the knowledge, experience and related governmental agreements to be able to support, arrange and expedite citizenship applications. They assist their clients in all aspects of the process - from understanding the client particular situation, proposing suitable solutions, advising on corresponding investment options and completing the necessary documentation to obtain the second citizenship.

Sales Director will work closely with the company's management to define and implement the Sales strategy and processes. The main responsibility is to help in achieving the company sales targets while continuously improving customer satisfaction and the productivity of the sales team.

In particular, this involves:
- Planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating the activities of the sales team on a day-to-day basis
- Leading weekly sales meetings and preparing the sales reports
- Responsible for the allocation of leads among the sales executives in a manner that promotes a highly collaborative environment.
- Supporting recruiting and performance management process
- Providing orientation and training to sales executives - both for soft skills and on company's products, policies and procedures.
- Working closely with junior Sales Executive to define the best offer approach for each client.
- Ensuring coherence and effectiveness of the different Sales Executives
- Providing support to the sale effort when required. In particular, leading the sales effort for complex clients e.g. corporate, big forum audiences.
- Ensuring communication flow from the sales force to the management and provide relevant information to optimize sales approach
- Following internal processes, policies and systems in order to maintain accurate records at each stage of the sales process

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading a sales team in a professional services environment, ideally in Citizenship programs. Otherwise in the sale of financial/investment products and services i.e. complex insurance, loans, mutual funds and stocks
- A thorough understanding of the strategic, organizational and operational requirements of a sales function
- Proven track record in building, developing, maintaining a sales team.
- Very strong interpersonal and managerial skills
- Experience in /willingness to work by objectives with autonomy
- Good presentation skills - ability to present to medium size audiences and corporate clients
- Excellent command of spoken and written English

Additional desired attributes
- Fluency in Arabic
- Integrated in Local/Regional communities forums

Key performance indicators (illustrative)
- Number of sales closed in the month, quarter and year
- Sales team cohesion and relative performance
- Accuracy of client CRM information and update time
- Effectiveness of the weekly and monthly sales meetings

Compensation Package
- Annual basic salary AED 550,500.
- Expected total annual total compensation achieving targets of 9 sales per quarter is of AED 1,100,000.
- Variable compensation AED 550,000 (monthly, quarterly and annual performance bonus).
- Health insurance and annual flight home is payable by the company.
