Job description / Role
To be responsible for achieving the sales target allocated for the project - The Heart of Europe. Leading a team of 12 to 15 people. Ensuring the closure of sales deals. Mentoring and guiding the team, monitoring the achievement of KPIs, Conduct roadshows and lead the team in various events. Streamline business procedures and ensure high productivity.
Requirements
Candidates with experience of leading a team with a developer. Experience in the Dubai real estate market is an advantage. A natural flair for sales, with the ability to lead an aggressive team is a must. Excellent communication skills required, knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.
