Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role is Sales Director to manage a team of at least 6 Regional Sales Managers based in all territories of the GCC and North Africa reporting to the country head and head of sales. Each Sales Manager comprises a sales team of between 10 to 25 sales personnel.

The role is primarily people management to take the initiatives of head office and implement them into the business to drive sales and pipeline future projects for forecasting future sales and asset maintenance.

Role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Our Client is a large Western Multinational Conglomerate of some 600+ companies Globally. Payrolling 150,000+ employees turning USD$40 billion+ in annual revenue, they provide precision components to the Automotive and Industrial Automation industries.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering preferred
- 10+ Years in Industrial Automation or Technical Industrial Sales experience mandatory
- Sales Management of 5 or more remote Sales Managers at a senior level mandatory
- Gulf experience preferred
- Arabic speaking preferred
