Job description / Role
Bion Industrial, a part of the Bion Group, require an experienced Sales Director with experience in the manufacturing and/or industrial production industries, especially trailer and tipper manufacturing.
This strategic senior management position requires the following:
- Strategic Planning
- Managing budgets and workforce
- Developing policies and procedures
- Leading and developing a team of sales people
- Driving new business development and sales
- Plan and execute company sales strategy
- Market research and methods of entry
- Working closely with other senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Mechanical / Industrial Engineering Degree or 15 to 20 years of vocational experience
- Experience in similar industries and markets
- Relevant exposure at a senior management level
- Key relationship builder
- Strategic thinker
- Able to deliver short, medium and long term goals
