We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our Middle East Senior Leadership Team. This position plays an integral role in the delivery of the three-year strategic plan focusing on translating and implementing the sales strategy for Manpower to secure recruitment contracts, volume recruitment projects and managed services.

Responsibilities include:
- Spend 80% of time engaging in outside sales activities, such as identification of new opportunities, solicitation, qualification, procurement, management, and closure of sales opportunities relating to the sale of workforce solutions, such as RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and MSP (Managed Service Provider). This includes targeting specific accounts, cold calls, networking and account development within the Middle East.
- Build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with sponsors and power sponsors in the C-Suite;
- Prepare sales proposals, RFP’s (requests for proposal), RFI’s (requests for information), and other solicitation of information from current or prospective customers;
- Negotiate contracts according to RPO / MSP policies and specifications (i.e., credit worthiness, terms and conditions, and profit expectations);
- Ensure the sales process is fully documented in Manpower systems ensuring transparency of process and information control;
- Establish and maintain a sales culture across the business.
- Perform accurate monthly reporting and forecasting of all financial measures required.
- Effectively manage the annual budget preparation in line with company objectives.
- Effectively monitor & manage expenses within set budget.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in an human capital sales role developing relationships with senior level contacts, either in the recruitment industry or general commercial sector;
- Strong UAE market knowledge and developed network of contacts
- Superior verbal / written communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent;
- A strong technology understanding of the human capital services industry
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, strategic thinking and negotiation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple customer accounts and priorities, as well as maintain a high level of initiative
- Capability to introduce and manage innovative HR / Staffing solutions
- Significant management experience and proven ability to develop and mentor staff to excel
- The ability to delegate and empower effectively both upward and downward within the structure
- Superior time management skills and results oriented.
- Understanding of financial data and reports - budgets, forecasting, profit and loss statements
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
