Western Europe - Sales Director - Telecoms - Candidates based in Europe for relocation to Dubai

Our client a worldwide known telecoms business is looking for two experienced, hungry, driven Sales Directors to cover Eastern and Western Europe based from Dubai.

Job Description:
- Responsible for the revenue, profitability and sales strategy of the company’s product portfolio and professional services sales in an agreed Eastern or Western European region.
- Travel 50% into Europe
- Reporting to Managing Director-Middle East
- Sells company services and products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Leads the sales cycle, including building new business, owning account strategy, pre-sales and operations hand over.
- Meets the annual sales target assigned by the company
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Experience
- 10 years’ experience, 6 of which in a related telecom field
- Proven experience hunting, prospecting, and new account development

Essential Skills and Experience Knowledge & Skills:
- Enterprise or Wholesale telecoms background
- Analytical and problem solving;
- Excellent negotiation and strong communication, written and formal presentation skills
- Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction
- Strong attention to details.
