Our Clients’ regional office is recognized as a dynamic, fast growing Emerging Market; comprising twenty four countries and headquarters in Dubai. They are part of a multinational company; an engineering technology and solutions company, responsible for developing, marketing and selling products, applications and solutions across the water, waste water industries; from Transport, Treatment, Dewatering, Aftermarket & Service and Building Water Solutions for MENA clients, consultants and contractors. Their mission is to drive sustainable and profitable growth in the served markets by executing a global strategy at a regional level for sales, marketing and support structures.

As part of the growth strategy, our clients’ Dubai office - Talent2 are recruiting for a Sales Engineer to manage the filtration sales lead for Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives through the promotion of branded products to a variety of customers within the construction, municipal and industrial markets. Other core responsibilities will be to implement marketing activities and product launches and maintain and develop relationships with colleagues across the organization to share market knowledge and business opportunities.


As a Sales Engineer you are responsible for developing the business in Saudi Arabia. This is achieved by:
- Identifying, evaluating and establishing suitable routes to market.
- Managing, planning and executing marketing and sales activities, e.g. customer seminars, sales visits, technical training sessions
- Building strategic relationships with consultants, contractors and end-users to support business development
- Developing distribution channels to ensure they have the know-how and support to successfully sell our products.
- Agreeing on annual sales targets for appointed distributor

Requirements

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the water and waste water treatment markets

Essential to have some experience in reverse osmosis systems, membrane systems, filter cartridges and housings, rapid gravity media filtration products, dissolved air flotation (DAF) systems, potable water, tertiary treatment of waste water effluent, circular clarifiers, sludge collection systems combined with distributor/sales force development experience.

Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken, is essential for this role
