Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A reputable Automobile Heavy Equipment company is currently recruiting for a Sales Engineer.

Basic Function:
- Support the sales and marketing team to market and sell the Case Heavy Line range (focus on Crawler Excavators and Wheel Loaders)
- Present and demonstrate the Heavy Line features and “selling points” to final customers
- Train the dealer salesmen and service guys to sell and service the heavy machinery
- Interact with central back offices (Training, Product Marketing) to reach the business targets

Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority:
- Prepare and organize material (presentation, video, virtual walk around, ….) to present the Heavy Line features to customers and prospects
- Advise the final customers on the machines specs and configurations more appropriate for the applications and job site conditions
- Organize product demonstrations to present the Case Heavy Line. Sometimes comparing the Case performances and feature against competitors’
- Operate machinery (at least Crawler Excavators and Wheel Loaders) to demonstrate the competitive advantages
- Train the dealer network salesmen, technicians, and business developers on the Case Heavy Range
- Collect information about the competitive products and provide them to the marketing department

Total Salary Package of around 30,000 AED per month

Requirements

- Experience of minimum 5 years in international environment on Construction Equipment industry
- Deep product knowledge (specific Crawler Excavators and Wheel Loaders) and applications knowledge
- Fluent in English and French languages mandatory; Portuguese and Arab are a plus
- High integrity and transparency
- Open to travel extensively throughout Africa and Middle East
- Team worker
- Flexible and adaptable
