Job description / Role
What you will do
The Sales Engineer - AM Service will be reporting to Sales Manager - Aftermarkets and will be based in Dubai. You will be a part of our growing team in Dubai and will be responsible for driving the growth of business for Aftermarket division segment for Building Efficiency (Service) with particular focus on HVAC for Dubai territory.
You will be concentrating on converting our current installation base business in Aftermarket Service, increasing our market share with new business customers in the assigned territory. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate business from running HVAC installation base. You will be focused majorly on getting retrofit projects
How you will do it
As an Experienced Sales Professional you must have a comprehensive knowledge of HVAC system which you will utilize for carrying site audits and suggest ideas like energy solutions which will help improving site efficiency to our existing customers or any new customer who has active installation base.
You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You will be focused on growing Aftermarket Service business in Dubai by generating business retrofit jobs and selling HVAC energy solutions.
Requirements
What we look for
Required
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or similar field
* 5 years of minimum experience in HVAC project Sales / Aftermarket Service Sales within UAE region
* Deep knowledge of HVAC chiller systems
* Proficiency in generating new business from running HVAC installation base and also generating new business through MEP contractors, end users
* Determined, results driven, strong sales drive
* Fluent language skills in English & Arabic
Preferred
* Recent or Past experience in generating business for HVAC retrofit business
