Sales Engineer - System AC

Job description / Role

- Provide product training to the distributors.
- Selection software (DVM Pro) training to the sales engineers of distributors and the consultants.
- Technical support for pre-sales team in clarifying the technical specification of our product and controllers.
- Support the preparation of the shop drawings.
- Study the technical requirements of the project and find the best practice to satisfy clients requirements.
- Provide installation training to the contractor (Installer) of SAC units and insure the best quality of work.
- Inspect the installation works and confirm its compliance with Samsungs guidelines and quality standards.
- Plan and supervise the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with the installer/distributor.
- Interfacing the high level controllers with the SAC units and other BMS integrators.
- Communicate and report the quality issues in HQ.
- Follow up and coordinate the after sales service with the service department and insure the satisfaction of clients.
- Attend to technical sales meetings with the consultants.
- Make product presentation to the client and consultants.

Requirements

- Mechanical Engineering graduate with at least 5~6 years of experience
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player
- Good networking with the local industry
- Extensive sales thinking and pro-active
- Strong accounts management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision
