Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our aviation client in Dubai, we are recruiting Sales Executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse external markets, trends and competition, internally report marketing performance
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Works closely with other BDM’s and consultants for value-added services
- Presents and closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- escalates project issues and actively participates in providing resolutions by working with the BDM’s sales team, etc. so timely resolution/response may be achieved
- Contributes to the development and refinement of company vision and strategy
- Support the globalization of the company from a sales and Key Account development perspective.
- Works collaboratively with the Services team to develop and/or improve strategies, policies, and processes; supports and promotes the use of delivery methodologies and best practices
- Develops negotiating strategies and company position by studying customer requirements and company goals; examines risks and potential
- Once sales have been made, maintains close contact with customers, helps resolve certain issues and answers relevant questions by involving the appropriate internal team members.
- Frequently communicates complex information with management. May train and monitor others performance. Can present, resolve conflicts and address delicate situations. Can motivate and persuade others.
- Regular usage of moderately complex written and oral skills. May train others in functional areas and interact with other team members. May make presentations to departments or middle management.

Requirements

- Master’s Degree with related Technical qualification / Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business from an accredited college
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures with ability to use in varied situations.
- E-mail prospecting, sales planning, presenting and closing.
