Job description / Role
Sales Executives are responsible to identify new, potential clients, and contact these clients to advise them of the services provided by the company. They also need to support clients to identify the right service or service to address their requirement, advise them of the process, cost and steps in the import/export and warehousing cycle of their Freight/Cargo.
The Sales Executive further to this will liaise between the client and the Customer Service agent handling the particular job to ensure that the customers requirements and expectations are met.
Finally the Sales Executive will maintain contact with the client to ensure follow up requirements are met.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role - in the Logistics field (Freight Forwarding or Warehousing).
A degree, and good English skills will be a strong requirement.
A Valid UAE Driving license is an absolute must for this position.
