Job description / Role
- Attending to all customer inquiries including walk ins, emails and phone calls.
- Responsible for data collection of customer profiles and details.
- Effectively qualify the customer to creating a firm understanding for their taste in dress design requirements.
- Presenting and showcasing the most suitable dresses according to customer budget and design requirements.
- Assisting the customer during fittings.
- Keeping well organised records of customer alteration details.
- Keeping track of customer prova/fitting dates and ensure prior notice and preparations with the production team are made.
- Coordinating with sales coordinator for payments, follow-ups and dress delivery.
- Coordination of all required accessories arrangements upon dress delivery.

- Maintaining organised arrangement of all dresses and ensuring showroom is presentable at all times.
- Supervising customer service team.
- Working towards and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Must be Female due to nature of our business
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a high-end fashion retail brand
- UAE experience
- Apparel and Fashion industry knowledge
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
