Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The candidate needs to be able to:
- Develop and close sales opportunities within the UAE specifiers market.
- Develop key account plans for the allocated Top 75 Architectural practices and also the core local specifying architects.
- To work with internal team to forge a strong working practice to create more projects.

It will be part of the candidates responsibilities to:
- Identity the right practices to work with and develop integrated relationships with the key specifiers and decision making units.
- Develop, maintain and grow a personal network within the industry.
- Work with internal sales specialists to develop a clear defined way of working with the Ambassador architects based in the Mena UAE prime selling area.
- Identify strategically potent projects to allocate time and resources.
- Lift and strategically taking the responsibility for the project from identification through specification working with the Architectural support and other specialists as required on the project.
- Track and follow the project from inception to specification, through tender process to appointment of the Main Contractor.
- Identify Main and Sub Contractors on the project working with them to close the strategic gaps and objections / challenges.
- Commercially negotiating with the primary contractor.
- Work with the necessary supply chain to deliver the project, Architectural support and all the internal specialists.
- Manage the client PR through the entire process.

Requirements

Experienced sales executive/business development manager with a proven recent track record of selling architectural component/specified products through the design channels and then following through with the purchasing and contractual process.

Ideally educated to degree level, a trained sales professional with experience and/or with some architectural background.

Hands on experience and a track record of delivering Capital Expenditure projects consistently with high quality and value.
