Job description / Role
Interrelations: Reporting to the Sales Manager
Main responsibilities
- To identify the company strength & utilize it to target Clients.
- To service & retain existing Clients.
The Position will be measure against:
- Quoting Clients based on their inquiries
- Updating the Sales Manager of the current trends and competition activity.
- Creating a rapport with local as well as overseas agents, in order gain better rates and services.
- Obtaining sales leads from my seniors and fellow colleagues.
- Sales pre planning for the coming week.
- Weekly highlights on prospective clients as well as secured businesses.
- Co-ordination with operation and accounts departments for smooth running of shipments.
- Monitoring outstanding and credit with clients within agreed terms.
- Meeting regularly existing Clients & new prospective clients.
Requirements
- 2 Years experience in Sales Coordination
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of internet functionalities and communication skills
- Experience in Freight & Logistic Sales.
