Job description / Role
Welcoming and greeting customers. Taking customer history. Analyzing scalp and hair using the diagnostic system. Recommending suitable products from variety of brands. Cross selling and up selling products. Recommending relevant hair treatments. Performing the treatments. Follow ups. Use of POS for making sales. Generating Sales reports in MS Excel.
Requirements
A solid sale and customer service background. Ideally should possess experience in hair care sale and performing treatments.
A pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be flexible and coordinate well with the team.
