Sales Executive - International Piping Manufacturer - Dubai/Abu Dhabi

Position Title: Sales Executive
Reports to: Channel Manager
Department: Commercial

JOB PURPOSE:
Generate sales in the assigned portfolio in line with agreed targets. Handles all other related sales administration activities as assigned.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Generates sales for the assigned portfolio of accounts in line with agreed annual sales targets by exploring opportunities with existing customers as well as identifying new customers.
Gets in touch with potential customers, explains the company profile and capabilities, shows product samples and explains product specifications ensuring that customer has comprehensive information about the company and its products.
Coordinates with the Pre-Qualification team for timely and accurate submittal of PQ documents.
Coordinates with the Supply Chain team to monitor progress on sales orders ensuring committed timelines are met; communicates any delays / changes in schedules to customers; keeps Supervisor updated.
Maintains all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance be measured and monitored; submits periodic reports for Supervisor information.
Maintains an awareness of new product developments within the company as well as in the market; keeps Supervisor informed on the same.
Participates in the development and implementation of sales related policies & procedures ensuring complete adherence.
Maintains a solid relationship with key customers, contractors, consultants and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized

Requirements

1) Valve.
2) Plastic pipes and fitting mainly HDPE and PVC
3) MEP , Construction or building materials

Customers:

1) Mainly contractors who are into infrastructure and Utility.
2) Electro mechanical contractors.
3) Government bodies like DEWA, FEWA, AADC, ADWEA, SEWA, Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality & oil & Gas companies.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Any Graduate with at least 3 years’ experience in a related industry with a proven track record in achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic would be an advantage.
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary 10,000 – 13,000AED
Annual ticket for employee
Annual ticket for 3 dependents (wife + 2 children below 18 y.o.)
Annual leave is 22 working days

• For Outpatient – 80% paid by insurance ; 20% paid by the employee
• For Inpatient – 100% paid by insurance
Annual Bonus as per the company and employee performance – up to 3X basic salary per year
Sales Incentive on quarterly basis (upon exceeding the target) - up to 3X basic salary quarter

Mobile phone worth of AED 1000/- (replaceable every 2 years) with calling limit of AED 400- per mo.
Salik with AED 150/month- (on reimbursement basis)

Petrol allowance AED600/ per month
Lunch is subsidized by the company (AED 15 per meal only)
Laptop will be provided
