Job description / Role
The candidate will be responsible for development of logistics & warehousing including 3PL business in UAE. The company has around 150 reefer trucks from 1 ton to 40 feet reefer trucks / dry trucks also have own warehousing & storage facility in Northern Emirates.
The candidate will be required to work under the Head of sales & should generate its own revenue from the new clients.The candidate will be required to attend meetings generated through reference & other trade partners.
Responsible for strategy formulation and business development plans for the company.Will also be Responsible for exploring the market and selling Services.
Requirements
Candidate must have at least 3-4 years of experience in logistics / transportation in UAE & should have driving license. Candidate with experience in reefer sales will be preferred. Ensure revenue generation & enhance market share keeping in line with Company’s objective.
Plan & execute workable strategies which result in enhancing revenue & sales. Developing new customer base and expanding the reach to new trade lanes for both dry and reefer. Driving key strategic Initiatives while identifying and developing new business acquisition opportunities in order to deepen market penetration and enhancing the client base.
About the Company
TAMEEM was found in mid of 1976 by its Chairman Humaid Abdulla Al Mazroua as Shipchandlers & General Suppliers. In 1984 the company expanded its activities.

As a result development of TAMEEM Centre and completed in 2003 with Ground floor, Mezz. floor and 72 Studio Flats in Three Floors and 7500 Mt Storage facilities includes Dry/Cold, at Sharjah, Industrial Area 11, Emirates Road as well as Group Head Office.
