Sales Executive/Manager Up To 9k Aed For A Repair And Maintenance Company In Dubai, Uae

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Negotiate/close deals and respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Achieve growth, handle accounts and hit sales targets
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

- WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationality, preferably Filipino, Indian and Pakistani nationals
- Male or Female, below 35 years old

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry
- With good contacts and exposure to real estate, health and education industries
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication skills
