Sales Executive - Mandarin Speaker

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive (Mandarin speaker) to join a Luxury Jewellery brand in Dubai.

Client Details
Our client is a French Jewellery company who are currently growing internationally and opening a flagship boutique in the extension of Dubai Mall.

The Sales Executive will:

* Act as Ambassador for the brand and provide high standards of customer service.
* Identify key clients and develop effective client relations to create repeat and continued business.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through high level of customer service delivery.
* Maximise sales by advising customers on additional purchases.
* Process various transactions such as payment, exchange, refund etc.
* Assist in maintaining visual standards of the store

Requirements

The successful candidate will:

* Be a native or fluent Mandarin speaker
* Have 2+ years experience in high-end retail in the UAE
* Be very customer service orientated with a passion for retail
* Have an existing client book/ database in the Middle East
