Job description / Role
An experienced Sales / Business Development Executive is required to join a small yet progressive manpower solutions company based in Dubai. Reporting to the General Manager of the business the key responsibility of this role will be to drive visa services and grow the outsourced manpower offering in the UAE market.
Requirements
The successfully incumbent will come from a solid sales background within the UAE and ideally will have experience dealing with start-up companies.
- A solid understanding of how Free Zone / mainland companies operate in the UAE in a must.
- A strong knowledge and understanding of business services, specifically company formation, business centres and local PRO services.
- A proven track record of proactively generating new business within the outsourced manpower field, alongside networking effectively to meet sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in dealing with senior management and decision makers.
- The ability to work autonomously and to deliver on KPI's set to hit sales targets.
- A candidate who has worked for a visa services company in the UAE in a business development / sales capacity will take priority for this role.
