Job description / Role
- Research and establish market data bases for customer
- Analyze markets and segment market to identify target customers
- Approach target customers and convince relevant departments to commence a product qualification process
- Understand customers technical requirements and coordinate technical requirements with Co’s technical team
- Assist in the product qualification process and trials till products are qualified at customers
- Manage customer relationships including regular commercial and technical follow up and support
- Manage customer’s credit files including regular update of KYC and supporting documents
- Presentation of credit applications on behalf of customers and follow up all matters related to collection of accounts receivable
- Negotiate and conclude deals with customers for prices/payment terms/delivery terms etc..
- Prepare annual sales plans forecast per customer per segments and secure sales plans are met
- Prepare annual business development targets and secure targets are met
Requirements
- University degree; Chemistry, Engineering, Business Marketing or Sales
- Should be very good at English; Arabic is a plus
- Should have strong computer skills
- Strong communication/negotiation skills
- Prior experience in Sales within plastics/polyurethanes industry is a must
- Willing to travel within the GCC
- Preferably has a drivers license in the UAE
