Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to join our team in the IT software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for our products and services in the UAE-Dubai market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales and meet performance targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Participate in industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and promote our products and services
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Stay updated with industry developments and trends to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Head or similar role in the IT software industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing principles
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE-Dubai market and industry trends
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
