Employment: Full Time

Opportunity for a bright individual to undertake a rewarding permanent role in a busy team for one of our clients in the Middle East. The company is a well known, high profile Property Developer with the headquarters in Dubai established since 1960's in Dubai UAE

The salary will range between AED (Emirati Dirhams) 30,000 basic + commission. The salary is negotiable depending on abilities.

As a Senior Management Member, the role will direct the Sales & Operations Team. With an entrepreneurial spirit the candidate will be responsible for driving the business forward, within a highly competitive market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To play a fundamental role in developing future growth, and provide vision, direction and leadership.
- To ensure that targets are met and value addition propositioning is presented to potential clients, in line with the overall objectives and growth plans of the business.
- Overall responsibility for leadership of sales & operational activities across company regions.
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- Managing international channel partners.
- Pro-actively monitoring and striving to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
- Taking responsibility for profit and loss of team in sales.
- Face of the organization, present a professional image at all times.
- Managing the sales team to achieve determined targets.
- Pro actively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
- Creating the sales strategy and objectives determining target audience.
- Determining market trends, competitive analysis to formulate effective strategy and forward plan.

Requirements

- Working very closely with the Chairman and Managing Directors.
- Leading a large multinational sales team across multiple locations.
- Maximum 5 years of total work experience in the sales industry managing teams.
- Candidates running their own firms/ business, are a no.
