A prestigious Company in Dubai is looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing quotas; projecting expected sales and profit.
- Implements Sales programs by developing sales action plans.
- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
- May involve travelling / Business trips.
- Establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
- Maintains job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Sales / Business Development particularly in Advertising, PR and Events industry.
- Good command of the English Language.
- Excellent presentation skills.
