Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our Client originated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has experienced great success in the local market and across the GCC since 1991.

A group of companies with a portfolio concentrated in real estate, automotive, commerce and trading sectors they have interests in the trading of Toys and Stationery with an ever expanding distribution channel

As a result of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai.

You will report to the Head of Sales and be responsible for Key Account Managers, Sales Executives.

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Manages the sales team.
- Develops and improves sales within assigned territory and product range.
- Trains and develops the sales team according the business needs.
- Provides guidance and leadership to the sales team.
- Identifies business opportunities.
- Leads the sales team to achieve the assigned sales target.
- Engages with buyers, store managers and regional managers of major retail chains.
- Identifies and assesses a client’s critical needs.
- Identifies short and long term growth opportunities.
- Presents business proposals to prospective clients.
- Attends meetings with clients.
- Forecasts and tracks key account metrics.
- Keeps up to date with market trend and competitor activity.
- Closely liaises with the marketing team about campaigns.
- Collects and communicates customer requirements to all necessary departments.
- Conducts regular Business Reviews with customers and suppliers.
- Networks with business partners and customers.
- Maximizing brand exposure
- Monitors the effectiveness of any marketing campaigns.
- Gets involved and takes the lead for account creation.
- Works on special projects as and when assigned

- Persistent and skilled at negotiating.
- Developing relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Experience in working across functions to improve customer service.
- Able to manage time and projects effectively.
- Ability to think through and solve problems methodically
- High degree of personal integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

- Degree Holder
- At least 5-10 years of Sales Experience
- Good command of English is essential
- Any additional language is added benefit


Please note that the working week includes a Saturday and is as follows:
* Sun-Thu, 9am - 6pm
* Sat, 9.30am - 14.30pm
