Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Understand the complete scope of work
- Arrange meeting with prospects to discuss commercials, projects plans
- Attend meetings with potential Clients to discuss commercial, terms & conditions, payments
- terms and ensuring that all necessary information is collated
- Ability to negotiate in favor of company
- Finalize proposals in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
- Create and confidently deliver presentations internally and externally
- Coordinate with finance team and update on payment terms
- Understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to the company
- Manage and direct sales team and report to general Manager
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports

Requirements

- Bachelor or master's degree in Business administration or any related field
- +4 years experience as a sales Manager
- Proven record in managing sales teams and developing competitive sales strategies
- Native Arab
- Fluency in English is a must
