Job description / Role
Hiring a passionate Sales Manager to accelerate growth of the Company by active sales and business development of new clients in the Middle East region.
The Sales Manager’s role is to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth by identifying business opportunities, negotiating, and closing business deals, building key customer relationships and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
• Build new relationships from scratch, using your own existing network within the industry and through new business development and sales.
• Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Build rapport and trusted relationships with customers and colleagues in a multicultural work environment.
Requirements
• Proven track record of at least 4-5 years with new client acquisition and business development within Oil & Gas Market/renewables in the ME region.
• Excellent digital presence and experience in different sales strategies including cold calling.
• Strong presentation/ communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
• Team player, ability to work effectively across cultures and in a virtual environment.
• Highly self-motivated and independent
