On behalf of my client, I am searching for a Sales Manager.
Client is a fun and fantastic aviation company so your industry expertise should be in aviation.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Monitor and analyze airline sales figures and trends, investigate reasons for changes, disseminate information and present to stakeholders with recommendations
- Develop sales and market strategies to increase business and market share
- Maximize revenue opportunities
- Prepare reports for management on sales and market growth
- Visit travel agencies to develop and maintain relationships
- Coach, train, guide, and review the performances of the sales team
Requirements

Your experience, education, and skills should include:
- Experience from the aviation industry
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a sales role
- Experience as a manager successfully leading and inspiring staff members
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to make difficult and unprecedented decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business related field
- MBA in Marketing highly desirable
- MUST SPEAK ARABIC
