Our client is one of the leading banks in the UAE and they are looking for a Senior Sales Manager - cash management.

- Responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients.
- Works closely with relationship managers in attaining CASA growth, fee income and; solidify customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of customer service.
- Submits proposals after assessing customer needs and recommends effective strategies; performs a cost benefit and risk analysis; negotiates pricing to optimize profitability of product or service solutions.
- Coordinates implementation and ongoing service with operating areas
- Contributes to the Bank's CASA growth strategies and goals; generates additional revenue from the sale of cash management products and services; attains established individual, department and Bank goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs.
- Responsible for acquiring new client relationships to deliver a suite of banking services & products to a defined portfolio of clients
- Provide account servicing for own portfolio clients as well as other Relationship Managers clients, including regular contact with own portfolio clients.
- Meets with existing clients for expansion of business including the identification and creation of proposals for related services – within portfolio and across the bank.
- Consistently maintains knowledge of bank products and services, bank processes, market, finance/investments

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of banking experience with minimum of 3-5 years of solid cash management business development experience.
- Ability to manage one or more corporate business segments from a cash management business perspective.
- Innovation capabilities in developing out-of-the-box cash management solutions.
- Above average knowledge of trade finance business and products is a plus.
